Vitamin B Complex

Another important nutrition for eye health is vitamin B complex. If you find it difficult to stay outdoors, even though the sunlight is not too bright, you could be suffering from vitamin B deficiency. Other symptoms related to a lack of one or more of the B vitamins are watery eyes, burning, blood-shot eyes, twilight blindness and having dark spots in your vision.
